Plastic

Acrylic sheet and polycarbonate sheet are thermoplastic materials commonly used for similar applications, such as glazing or panels. The main difference between the two is their physical strength: polycarbonate sheets are much more impact resistant than acrylic sheets, which have a lower impact resistance. Polycarbonate sheets are also more resistant to heat and UV rays. They also have better thermal insulation than acrylic sheets. On the other hand, acrylic sheets have better optical transparency and scratch resistance than polycarbonate sheets.

ACM / Alumi-panel / Alucobest

Alucomposite sheets are light, rigid and resistant composite materials composed of a polyethylene core and two aluminum faces. They are used in the construction of buildings, advertising signs and road signs.

Cast and extruded acrylic

Extruded acrylic sheets are made by pushing the molten material through a die, creating a glossy surface and a slightly wavy texture. Cast acrylic sheets are produced by pouring liquid acrylic into a mold, creating a smoother, more uniform surface with less internal stress. Cast sheets offer better scratch resistance and optical clarity. In contrast, extruded acrylic sheets have a more robust texture and can be used in a wider range of applications.

Clear PET-G (co-polyester)

Clear PET-G sheets are highly valued for their crystal clear transparency, impact resistance, light weight and ease of processing. They are used in applications such as display cases, protective screens, displays and more.

  • Several thicknesses available from .020 to .188

Corrugated plastic (FLUTECORR, HI-CORE)

Corrugated plastic sheeting is a lightweight, durable material often used in the manufacture of advertising signs, packaging, signage and temporary partitions.

Polycarbonate (lexan)

Polycarbonate sheets are light and resistant thermoplastic materials, used in many applications such as tractor windshields, safety glass, garden sheds and signage. They are also impact, heat and UV resistant, making them ideal for outdoor use.

Polystyrene

Styrene sheets are commonly used in the printing industry to create durable, weather-resistant signs, posters and banners. Their smooth, uniform surface allows for high quality printing.

  • Several thicknesses available from .020 to .188, colors upon request

PVC FOAM

PVC foam panels are lightweight, durable and easy to handle. They are often used for signage, advertising, exhibitions and displays. Their smooth surface allows for quality printing and their foam structure makes them impact and weather resistant.
